By scanning a ServeQ QR code and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

ServeQ is a technology platform that enables customers to browse food menus and place orders from their theatre seats by scanning a QR code. ServeQ is operated by ServeQ (serveq.in). ServeQ acts as a technology intermediary between customers and participating theatres — the food is prepared and delivered by the theatre, not by ServeQ.

Food ordering is available only during the designated ordering window for each show. The window typically opens 10 minutes before a show starts and closes approximately 3 hours after the show begins or before the next show, whichever is earlier. Orders placed outside this window will not be accepted.

ServeQ is a technology platform. The quality, preparation, hygiene, and delivery of food items is entirely the responsibility of the participating theatre. ServeQ does not prepare, handle, or deliver food. Any complaints regarding food quality or delivery should be addressed to theatre management at the venue.

All content, design, code, and branding on the ServeQ platform (including serveq.in and all subdomains) is the intellectual property of ServeQ. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any part of the platform without explicit written permission.

ServeQ strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of ServeQ shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
